Accommodation

Accommodation reservations can be made when completing the online registration form. Grupo Pacífico has booked rooms in 3 hotels in different price categories for the dates from the 11st to the 15th December.

Due to the high demand for accommodation, we strongly recommend you to book your hotel accommodation as early as possible.

The online form only allows one hotel booking. If you need accommodation for a group or if you have any questions, please contact the Technical Secretariat through icdm2016reg@pacifico-meetings.com

Payment

The registration web page will link directly onto the payment website. Payment is required to complete accommodation reserve. Payment options include bank transfer and credit and debit cards. The payment website accepts the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, VISA and American Express.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing (fax or email):

• Cancellations received up to October 10th: full refund less 50€ for administrative costs.
• Cancellations received up to November 10th: refund of 50% of hotel stay.
• No refund will be made for cancellations received after November 11th.
• In case of “no show” hotel will cancel the room automatically next morning at 9:00h, and no refund will apply for participants who fail to attend.
