For non-author registrations, written cancellations received on or before October 10, 2016 will be liable to a 50% service charge. After this date there will be no refund.
All payments must be made in Euros (€) by credit card. Otherwise, bank transfer will be accepted in Euros.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express. The organization strongly recommends using the credit card payment.
(There are some credit cards whose local financial Supplier does not allow on-line transactions through a Sermepa virtual tpv (Servired Spain). If this is your situation please ask your bank for authorization or send a fax to number 0034 913 023 926 with credit card information: Number, holder, expiry date control digits (at the back of the card), so that we can use a tpv machine.
If you Intend to pay by credit card, before registering, please check with your bank first and make sure that your credit card is authorized to make International payments by Internet, because sometimes for security reasons banks deny charges and payments do not go through.

Please do not forget to include the following reference in the bank transfer “ICDM 2016 REG. confirmation number”, as well as the name of the participant.
All bank charges incurred will be borne by the payee.
Participants must send by fax or email, a copy of the receipt of the bank transfer to the technical secretariat within 5 working days. Otherwise registration and all other services required will not be confirmed.
No confirmation will be sent until the technical secretariat has received the full payment.
Any difference arising in the payments will be collected on site by the technical secretariat.
In the case that registration funds are wired late or for unexpected reasons, are not credited to the congress account at the time of registration, the original bank receipt will be required. If no proof of payment can be presented, full payment will be required on site.
Additional requests made after December 1st, 2016 will be processed on site.
